Preparation and usage
Thoroughly rinse the rice and soak in warm water for 30-35 minutes. Add the soaked rice and salt to 1.5 to 2 cups of boiling water. Cook on medium heat until the rice absorbs the water. Cover the lid light and remove the pan from the fire. Wait for 10-15 min and serve. If the cooked rice is too hard then use more water and if the same is too soft use less water.
